INSIGHTS

The design challenge is ambiguous with few restrictions that help to make design decisions. The 24 hour time limit also did not allow for any user research, testing or possible design re-iterations. Furthermore, some of the page headings within the provided wireframe were acronyms (ie. “BI Reporting”) have no context describing what the content is or what the sections are for in detail. This is generally useful when making meaningful UI decisions. Assuming from elements within the wireframe that this is a CRM tool, the approach taken is based on assumptions and information architecture best practices.
